Angela & Paige v NZ

The Short Story:

Paige is my New Zealand-born daughter. She's 18 now. I'm a Canadian expat. The story is very long. In a nutshell, and suffice it to say that it is not all New Zealand that we are opposing but instead New Zealand Family Court practice, procedure and a few individuals within the legal fraternity; the Taranaki Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service; the Ministry of Education Non-Enrolled Truancy Service; Child Youth and Family Services, now known as Oranga Tamariki; and last but certainly not least, certain members of the New Zealand Police Force. I have obtained 95% of the documentation from the above agencies and other related organisations. The discrepancies and untruths are disheartening. Some of the "missing" information is disturbing. Time is of the essence.

Following ACC funded PTSD treatment for myself I have been encouraged to make these complaints. I have been struggling with the decision, however, of whether to just leave it all behind and seek employment. My background has been working in law firms as a legal executive/paralegal. Reviewing the records and notes is emotionally tough for me but I have decided it is the right thing to do to complain.

I will use my Facebook page to report my daily progress. I am currently seeking crowdfunding for ONLY Phase 1 below.

5. Raise awareness of and Ministry of Education funding for dyslexia and dyspraxia in New Zealand
