My hope to publish a book and raise awareness of abuse suffered in New Zealand

I did not want to tell anyone or talk about the overwhelming damaging and humiliating assault on my mind, body and soul, I could not escape the emotional damage, it just tore me apart.

I still wanted to be by myself. I felt safer that way, but as the years went on I knew deep inside that I needed help, I was always looking for someone to tell and trying to get enough strength in me to find a counselor who would be there just for me.

I needed so much to cry and for someone to hold me right at that time.

I hope to publish a book, the title page of which is in my profile picture for this page, to raise awareness about my experience, and help others who have been through the same thing.
