Had a lot of great support so far. I'm looking forward to getting out there to fund raise more after this covid 19 is over everybody keep safe chat soon.
Over the past few nights this is what has happened and how i have conquered it.For 2 nights in a row i have had a really painful leg and the second night it got so painful that i had to call the ambulance but by the time they got here it had completely gone.During these 2 nights i noticed that during the pain i felt a rush of relief whenever i stretched my back.So now what i do is before i go to bed i stretch my back for about 10 seconds and i do this 10 times,and then sleep right through i felt very intelligent figuring this out!
