    Just want to take this opportunity to say another big thank you to everyone who has helped up on this page.

    Arno’s progress has been excellent. He had a vet appointment on Friday and the vet was really happy with his progress. He should make a full recovery.

    By the way he is acting, I don’t think he realised how sick he actually was.

    Arno’s future is very bright and now we just have to knuckle down and pay the vet bills that ended up totalling almost $4k

  • He is home!!!!!

    So they let him come home! He is super Uber excited to be home too but we have to keep him in his crate for the next week only taking him out to pee 5 times a day for 5 minutes.

    Forced rest.

    He can still damage himself quite bad if he over does it. We have to take him back to the vet every day until he heals.

    His sister Riva, is not impressed with this arrangement.

    She is a barely contained ball of furry excitement to have him home.

    We have a long week ahead of us ❤️

      Thats so awesome to hear Haidee. Fingers crossed he is on the way to 100% and no set backs. I really dont envy your job of keeping him crated. If he is anything like Jem, this is going to be harder on him that you. ;-)

    It’s been an emotional roller coaster.

    Arno’s Current Situation:

    A call from the vet still tells me his breathing is improving however the vet is concerned of him being over stimulated at home and making him worse but at $950 for the past 2 days in the vets (that doesn’t include the 3 prior days and treatments)....our financial goal is already blown 😓

    I hope he comes home tonight but he may not be well enough. We will see....fingers crossed. 🤞🏼
