Thursday 8th of June, the Nixey Family will be collecting donations at Linton Army camp IMO all soldiers cared for by Arohanui Hospice
Manawatu / Whanganui
The reason we are doing this collection for Arohanui Hospice is to thank all the amazing staff. Not just on behalf of Brent, but also for other soldiers and their families who have been supported by the Hospice.
For us (Brent's family), we had the most amazing staff and care for Brent. The staff looked after us with love and respect. The wonderful social worker helped our Granddaughter understand what was happening to Brent, in a calm and loving way.
We are forever grateful to the Arohanui Hospice and its remarkable staff, and this fundraising effort is our humble way of expressing our profound thanks and ensuring that others continue to receive the same exceptional care and support.
Arohanui Hospice provides specialist palliative care for people in the Manawatu, Tararua, Horowhenua and Rangitikei regions with a life-limiting illness, and support for their families/whānau.
