Art and Music Therapy Gift

To my wonderful family and friends,

Many of you know that within my family we've faced mental health challenges which have, at times, been incredibly hard to work through given the frustrations of navigating our health system.

We have been so very grateful for many of the services that were made available to us. However, our journey highlighted to us how majorly under funded these services are. The staff work so very hard, they have beautiful empathy and compassion whilst trying to deliver much needed help and guidance in really trying and traumatic situations, all on a shoe string budget.

Part of the therapy used at the Hamilton facility which provided critical care for our family is Music and Art Therapy. The art supplies are costly and are used so quickly and the music equipment is old and tired. I would love to make a contribution so that other families can continue to appreciate the support for which we were so grateful.
