Artists' wages for new queer dance theatre piece
Help seven dancers make a living wage for their work on a new queer ballet for Christmas

A cheeky title with a heart of gold, new queer ballet The Slutcracker tells a story of chosen family and Wellington at Christmas.
We are looking to raise funds to help pay the dancers for their incredible work in The Slutcracker.
2020 has been a difficult year for live artists and other gig workers, and arts funding is difficult to come by - even for a company full of experienced artists and phenomenal new talent.
This fundraiser is specifically to pay the performers something closer to a fair wage.
We are looking for $750 each for the seven performers.

All money will pay wages for 7 dancers

Hello! We’ve done really well with ticket sales, but I (Jean) would still love dearly to top up the wages of the performers. Only a few hundred left to raise for a more modest goal - all donations gladly received!
