1 in 5 families in NZ experience distress and difficulty during pregnancy and early parenthood and its not just the mothers - its fathers too. The Trust is collecting information and resources to help professionals and groups provide timely and appropriate services and identify gaps and draw to the attention of policy makers and planners and researchers

About us

We work to eliminate the stigma around perinatal mental health in Aotearoa New Zealand by championing awareness and facilitating best practice in perinatal mental health and wellbeing to ensure all families and whānau have equitable access to appropriate information and support.
