Awesomely autistic Jethro needs a companion dog

Jethro has autism. He is in need of a small dog as a companion to do everything with- sleeping, eating, car rides etc. The main reason is sleep he won’t sleep alone and thus his dad has been sleeping with him for just under a year now in a king single bed. We have picked a breed that suits our circumstances and financial means as-well as personality catered to Jethro, however it is an initial cost to buy the pup that we cannot afford. We would love any help to get this pup for Jethro. Having a companion will take a huge stress toll off Jethro and his family.

Jethro struggles with other kids and doesn’t have any friends he can trust and play with. It makes for a very lonely and confused boy. He struggles to communicate and even simple daily tasks can be distressing for Jethro. Dogs are extremely therapeutic and are known to do wonders with children with autism. Jethro is very drawn to small dogs. We just want to make Jethros life brighter for him.
