It's with a heavy heart that I tell you that it turns out BABY has CANCER, Lymphoma cancer whi sadly has spread to her spleen, liver and bone marrow. Hence why she has deteriorated so fast. So sad that she continues to suffer. I have discussed options with her vet an I think at this stage I am leaning towards giving her meds to make her comfy for a week or 2 and giving her da best last week's full of car rides ,toys games and most of all love! I just think it's time to end her suffering n pain . 😢 This was not an easy decision and I write this wiv tears rolling down my face but I'm glad she made it home where she is very much loved and adored to spend the last of the time she has left. Im sorry it's not better news whanau but it's reality. I jst really want to thank u all one again 4 all yor amazing love n support yous all contributed to bby living her best possible life . Thankyou x

Hi whanau, so baby has been doing great until 1 week ago she started not eating properly she drinks heaps hen vomits it up. Took her to the vets dey admitted her straight away saying they suspect infection in her uterus. She has lost nearly 20kg and not doing good the estimate for hospitalization is $500 and $2000 + for surgery to remove her uterus . I am reaching out to every1 tat has donated towards her recovery to please if u can donate even $1 towards her surgery we would really appreciate it she was doing so well and I don't want to loose her again. She deserves a healthy happy life with her family. Thankyou for all your love and support so far we are overwhelmed wiv grattitude

So we went for an urgent vet visit today as baby's skin had deteriorated cos the steroid meds r not working n e more , she had her first of many cytopoint injections and because her case is so advanced the vet said if these shots work she will be on them for years!! And because of her size she needs double the dose so $348 per shot every 4-6 weeks and if they don't work then it's on to a dermatologist. Fingers crossed these injections work cos it is heartbreaking watching my poor baby be so frustrated itchy upset n sore. God bless all our give a little family helping baby on this journey we could NOT do this without all of your support . It's going to be a long journey but baby deserves the best. Thanku all once again

Hi everyone,so unfortunately the steroids worked for a couple weeks but baby has gone back to red raw and itchy it's heartbreaking to watch. We have made the decision to give baby corticosteroid injections it's expensive but i think its what she needs . $200 per injection each month. Fingers crossed 🤞 it works. Thankyou all once again for making this treatment available for her you r all truly amazing ! God bless u all

Poor baby. Small suggestion, for a while the only protein our dog could eat without scratching was cheese (in small amount quantities) and lamb. Chicken, beef, fish all set him off. Kept him on low protein diet, including lots of low GI brown rice. He’s gradually improving.

      Good luck Baby

Have you also considered a vet that offers alternative treatment.

      To help soothe her.
