  • BBM's Biggest Food Bank Drive-Through

    Last week Thursday we received truckloads of food and nappy pallets donated from Auckland Council. We shared these to the community as well as running a nappy drive-through. It was something that was just so special to help families and the wider community.

    All of this would not be possible without our amazing volunteers from BBM as well as Grace Foundation New Zealand

    We thank them for working right into the late hours to prepare food parcels to gift to the community and also for their assistance working on the day to make this happen.

  • BBM Motivation share food parcels out to the community

    BBM Motivation received donations of groceries and household essentials on Thursday and with the help of volunteers and staff, Dave shared a post on social media inviting the community to pick up free food parcels.

    The turnout was something we never anticipated on the day but we managed to serve 3 cars per minute. Filling up car boots with a food parcel and veggies from 9am to 4pm.

    Dave said " Yesterday was just amazing. ❤️ Thank you Mike Thorpe TVNZ Seven Sharp for covering an EPIC day.

    The turnout was something I have never seen before. I have mixed emotions. I’m pumped we can help, but I’m sad there is such a huge need.

    Thank you to every single one of our volunteers. I am only the man on camera. There is an amazing team behind the scenes making this happen.

    I want to give a massive shoutout to all of the community groups doing amazing work for the people.

    Also HUGE thank you to all of our supporters over these past months. Thank you Auckland Council for the support yesterday with surplus stock and supplies we used to give out to the community. 🙏🏽😀"

    We lastly would like to acknowledge and thank the nearby businesses and the community for their patience and understanding in our efforts to do something great to help families adjust and recover after Covid19.
