Beautiful Girl Needs Help
We hope to raise funds for Jasmine for non-funded special equipment and treatment.

Jasmine is 8 years old. In early March her parents and grandparents got the devastating news that Jasmine had a complex genetic neurodegenerative disorder.

We would like to raise enough funds to be able to purchase this gorgeous girl an all-terrain special needs buggy or special needs trike.
Also to assist with treatment eg physio and making improvements to the bathroom

Use of funds
Funds will go towards an all-terrain special needs buggy or special needs trike. Any surplus amount will be used for supporting ongoing financial costs and getting additional required specialised equipment
