We want Sonya to have the best chance of a speedy recovery without the worry of how the day to day bills are going to be paid.

Our workmate Sonya has been diagnosed with malignant throat cancer.

She is a beautiful person who has always helped others when needed.

So now is the time for us to help her as she undergoes treatment .

Sonya has had to give up work while she has treatment for this.

She has to travel to another city to have the treatment and her costs are only partially subsidised.

She is a solo mum who has bought her children up on her own so has no other finical support.

I am her employer and her workmates want to be able to help support her during this difficult time in her life.

Use of funds

The funds will be used to help pay for her accommodation and fuel and her normal everyday expenses that we all incur in our normal life as she cannot work while having treatment.
