Replace Bens stolen bike

$1,100 of $8,000 goal
Given by 12 generous donors in 7 weeks

Ben had his new bike stolen from his locked apartment building garage just a week after buying it. He had no insurance cover arranged

Bay of Plenty

Ben had saved and borrowed to buy his new bike, had nearly had it home a week and was in the process of arranging insurance cover when two low lifes came into the locked garage of his apartment building at 3am and stole his treasured toy!!

I've seen the effect the theft has had on Bens spirit and want to do something to help. The goal is to raise enough to replace his bike and get him at least back on the road!!! He's a top bloke and doesn't deserve this, he's 7 grand in the red and the reality is he's probably never going to see his bike again... Bens spent the last few years clawing his way out of debt after the closure of his business and has made sure he paid his debts and now he's back to owing a substantial amount of money with nothing to show for it ...it's broken his spirit and I want to try rebuild it!!!

In the unlikely event his bike is recovered after we reach our goal, I will arrange for it to be auctioned on trademe at a $1 reserve auction and all the proceeds will be donated to charity Cancer Society of NZ.

I'm a mate and I've seen first hand how this theft has affected Ben . The bike was the single most valuable item he owns and he'd borrowed to buy it, now all he has is debt and little or no chance of recovering it.

One thing I believe in is Karma!! play it forward people .... help Ben out if you can

Have you considered a BMW 8 series - moderately cheap, need lots of attention and much more difficult to get in the back of a van...
