Raising awareness and funds to help provide free counselling sessions and food parcel for students that need it.

Hauora is at the center of everything we do at Swanson School, and te taha hinengaro (mental wellbeing) is one of the four aspects of Hauora represented in our Kauri tree and Te Whare Tapa Wha, the Māori model of wellbeing.
This Bike Ride fundraiser will once again emphasize the significance of fostering connections, supporting one another to cultivate positive self-perception, and most importantly, seeking help when needed.
Through the funds raised, we will be able to offer in-school free counselling and other forms of support to tamariki who need it.
About us
Swanson School is a full primary school in Waitakere. We teach 570 children between 5 and 13 years of age.
Use of funds
Free counselling and food parcels for tamariki at our school.
