Billy Cat has maxed out his pet insurance

  • Billy is on the mend but the bills keep rolling in

    Last Friday/Saturday Billy was still critical - now he is eating, his central line is out, his feeding tube should be out soon and we're just waiting on getting the chest tubes out to get him home. Today he was his sassy self when we visited, miaowed, smooched and wanted to come home with us. Soon baby, soon.

  • Vet called this morning

    Thank you so much for your generous donations! After our visit yesterday Billy has stopped lying limply on his side and is smooching with the vet nurses and vets. We will visit him daily - when we do he tries to climb out of his incubator to get to us. Still very ill but stable and doing well as can be expected they say. If the stuff coming out of his chest does not improve by Monday we will consider a CT scan to see if there is a foreign body in his chest (billy, what have you been up to, you have some explaining to do young man!). We're visiting today after my daughter finished work (student job)
