This campaign has been created to help support Cheer Dynamix Queens financially after the traumatic event on the 14th April while in Orlando
Auckland
We need help and support of our friends and family to support our Cheer Dynamix Black Queens after the traumatic experience on the 14th April 2016.
The team is currently in Orlando, Florida representing New Zealand at the NCA Internationals and IASF Worlds. On 14th April 2016 at around 8:30pm the team arrived to their rental property to find the place broken into, and officers from the Sheriffs Department with guns drawn roaming through the house.
The house has been broken into and over $10,000USD in cash, and a large amount of personal belongings has been stolen collectively from our girls. iPads, Headphones, bikinis, cameras, jewellery even one of our coaches passports.
The girls are trying very hard to stay positive and continue pursuing their goals, and although they went through such a tragic experience they still managed to raise above it and have won NCA Internationals, making them the only team in New Zealand to hold an NCA title.
But now things are getting even more stressful for the team as the girls are in the United States until the 29th April 2016 and they are literally running out of money for food. Most of the girls have part time jobs and they have saved and self funded the entire trip cost which was astronomical.
We ask that you help our girls, and make this experience a little bit less stressful for them. We are doing our hardest to keep their minds clear and focussed on the Worlds Championships but as you can imagine this can be quite hard when theres a negative presence as their funds are running lower and lower with each day. All funds raised will be evenly distributed amongst all our girls to help them put their minds at ease and continue to focus on the Worlds Championships.
