Blind Dawg Hastie

A month has now passed and my vision is clearing, beautifully, I might add. The difference in the tweaked prescription of each eye is increasingly less noticeable – some days it's noon before I notice the left-side-blur. That's a win – unless I've just come off night shift and didn't get up till noon... 😂

A month on and my brain is getting used to the kaleidoscope of new input which has, at times, been quite overwhelming.

Almost as overwhelming as the gratitude and love I have felt for all of you who have supported me on this incredible life-changing ride. Thank you, thank you, thank you. To infinity. Without you, I wouldn't have this miracle and I'm a big fan of miracles so it's hard to put my gratitude into words.

I have therefore decided to knit it into hats, a la Givealittle BACK. Anybody who wants a thank-you-hat, please let me know what colours you like. Seems like a great way to say thanks and to skite that I can now see my knitting 🤣
