Frick and Gabe's Brave Shave for a great cause

Two well-known local lads have kindly come forward to brave the shave in hopes to raise funds for our brigade. If you know Frick and Gabe, you'll know them for their glorious beards. They have both been growing their hair for over 20 odd years. This sacrifice they want to make is a significant contribution to a great cause and should remind us all that even a seemingly small gesture can have an impact when fueled by genuine compassion and a commitment to making our community a safer place.
Every dollar you contribute will go towards much needed equipment such as a New Mule stretcher, a new stokes basket for our patient rescues and any extra will go towards outfitting our second response truck and getting it up to spec.
The fundraiser event will be held at the Leigh Fire station on January Saturday 27th 2024. Join the cause. Donate today and lets make our community a safer place.

The fundraiser was a huge success today, so much so that we've extended the date a little to give more of our community a chance to donate online. Can we make it to $25,000?? Gabe & Frick bravely each lost 20 years worth of beards and hair, and are clean shaven... all to raise funds for the Leigh Fire Brigade who ironically had to leave the fundraising event on a call out!
