Bring Glendon Home
Auckland
On Friday 31st October Niuean Time (1st November NZT), Glendon was involved in a serious scooter accident in Niue, hours before his flight back home. He has sustained multiple injuries and broken bones; has a basel skull fracture and possible brain bleed. He is currently in the Intensive Care Unit in Niue Foou Hospital where his partner, Georgia, is by his side.
Unfortunately, Niue has limited medical resources, and doctors are unable to provide the specialist care needed to fully assess and treat his head injuries and internal trauma. Although he is stable, his condition is serious, and we urgently need to get him home to New Zealand for proper medical care before it’s too late. Sadly, Georgia and Glendon do not have travel insurance, so we are doing everything we can and looking at all options possible to bring Glendon home safely.
Any contribution would mean the world and help us all get Glendon the care he needs and support Georgia and Glendon with the costs involved with this ordeal.
Thank you so much x

Update as at 11 November 12 November 2025
Glendon is now safely back in Auckland, New Zealand, receiving the specialised care he needs in hospital and focusing on his recovery. We are sincerely grateful for all the kindness and overwhelming level of support during this challenging time. Bringing him home was our main priority, and we are relieved this has been achieved.
This Givealittle page was created after all other options had been exhausted at the time, and no travel insurance was available to assist with Glendon’s urgent medical evacuation. Following further enquiries, it was later discovered that some cover may be available through a credit card provider. After considerable follow-up, funding was miraculously approved to meet much of the medical evacuation and overseas hospital expenses, for which we are extremely thankful.
Following these developments, the fundraising page was subsequently closed to any further donations.
Your generous contributions are deeply appreciated and will go toward Glendon’s ongoing care and recovery needs in New Zealand.
Thank you once again for all your compassion, well wishes, care, and support.
