    Dear Friends, Whanau and Loved Ones

    We write to thank you all for your financial, emotional and physical support throughout the past 2 weeks while we searched for our loved brother in Akaroa.

    Your support enabled us to continue searching after the official SAR/Police Search was suspended.

    Sadly the sea conditions were not on our side, and we had to return home without our loved one.

    We learned that it is a very dangerous place to dive. This was one of the reasons we had to suspend our search, because our own divers were risking themselves to try and help us find Chucky.

    We still have faith that Chucky will return to us in his own time. Until then we are so grateful for the love and support of so many friends and family around the world.

    un grand merci a vous tous pour votre soutien. Le temps ne nous a pas aide, ce fut difficile et dangereux. Mais, au moins, tout a ete essaye. Les locaux et la famille qui habite pas trop loin vont continuer a chercher. Il est quelque part dans ce magnifique endroit.Beaucoup de frustration et de tristesse mais merci encore pour tout cet amour, solidarite et communaute d un cote du globe a l autre. Merci pour hinemoa, kowhai et moi merci pour tout le monde ici.

  • Still Searching

    We are overwhelmed by the love and support being shown here by all of Seddon's (Chucky) family and friends from around the world.

    Isabelle, Hinemoa and Kowhai (Chucky's family) have travelled from France and are in Christchurch with the search team. Please continue to keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

    Daily we are evaluating and modifying our search plan in the hope of finding him. Reports from our search team have let us know that it is a very dangerous place to dive, so we are taking every precaution for our divers while they are in the water.

    We thank you all sincerely for your continued love and support.
