Help the Beaumont family bring home their beloved son and brother Jed who tragically died following an unprovoked assault in Australia.
Taranaki
Jed was assaulted in an unprovoked attack on the 17th of April 2015 in Northam, Western Australia. He suffered serious head injuries in the assault.
Jed's family travelled to Australia from NZ in the following days to be with him. He was admitted to Royal Perth Hospital ICU and placed in an induced coma.
During the next three weeks, Jed's condition stabilised and he even squeezed his sister's hand twice when she asked him to. Unfortunately, his condition deteriorated and his outlook became extremely grim.
Sadly, after a long fight, Jed passed away on Monday 11th of May 2015. He was 33.
Jed was very close to his family and the pain they are feeling is unbearable. It's been a horrible and traumatic experience for them all. They are heart broken and extremely distraught.
His parents are still in Perth working through the process of bringing him home to New Zealand, which is likely to take a further two weeks.
Please help Jed's family by donating what ever you can to help bring him home and help his parents with ongoing accommodation costs. Donations will also be contributed to a Trust for his unborn child.
Jed will be laid to rest in Taranaki, New Zealand.
Much loved son, brother, friend, partner and father to be.
We are involved because we are Jed's Sister and Brother. Eliza and Luke. We love and miss our brother.
