Bruce the cat needs your help

Bruce is 2 years old and rules the roost here with two dogs and another cat, Halo, Dave and Billie. He likes hiding behind curtains and jumping out to scare the dog, stealthily putting one foot in Billie’s bed till she jumps out and then makes him self comfortable. He comes when he’s called and meows non stop. But one night he didn’t. 12 hours later we found him huddled in the corner under the house. It appears he’d been asleep under a car and got caught by his skin and tail as it drove away. His skin is dying and will leave an open wound when it falls off. He needs all the help he can get to survive this next hurdle.
