Positive Update 😊
11 November 2022Hi Everyone,
Sorry for leaving you in the dark for a bit, however I am pleased to now update all you amazingly generous souls with very positive news.
Although I’m still fighting to rid my body of this pesky decease, I’m also winning big time!!!
As some of you may know, I had been diagnosed with an aggressive form of Triple negative breast cancer, and after fighting it alternatively for almost two years, it had suddenly decided to take over my body rapidly.
I had been given a very grim outcome by oncologists and refered to hospice.
So to me this was a no brainer to get myself on a plane asap to attend Verita Life in Thailand, a country and an oncologist that was not going to give up on me … I WANTED TO LIVE🤷♀️ and refused to give into the fact I’d been given no hope to do so in my own country.
Although it was pretty hard at times, it was worth every cent and all the effort of fighting though the pain and fear.
After the 1st week I noticed big changes, my voice box seemed better, I could swallow better and the use of my arm was coming back, but mostly the pain had eased.
At the 6th week mark, I had my PET scan and it showed that over half of my tumors had completely gone, the larger more aggressive lesion’s/tumors had also shrunken dramatically i.e the tumor under my arm was 45mm (+) and is now only 2mm. I was dancing around my hotel room totally pain free and with full use of my arm and vocal cords (it hadn’t improved my singing ability unfortunately 🤷♀️🤣).
I unequivocally have you all to thank, for your support with your donations, kind words and faith in the alternative healing journey I had decided to take🙏❣️
So far this decision has benefited my health in more ways than one, I certainly feel like I’m 20 years old again with more energy than I know what to do with, and a positive mindset, that will carry me through to even more positive outcomes.
I’m now back in NZ, living my best life up North amongst nature and close to my alternative cancer clinic, where I will continue to heal, while organizing my Tiny home to live in. Life could not be better thanks to everyone that cared enough to get me here❣️
On 17th January I will have another PET scan that (fingers crossed) will show I’m either tumor free or still heading in the right direction.
It goes to show we all have options, and although I’m still healing, I want to now be able to pay if forward and help anyone else that might be going through this same scary journey, so if you, a freind or family member need to reach out for support or guidance, please feel free to contact me via email.
Love and gratitude to you all
Kat 😘😘😘😘
