The first one is Robert's PICC line which is how he was fed for nearly 3 weeks. Basically liquefied baby food with a very high glucose content which of course played hell with his blood sugars and blew them right off the scale presenting yet another problem.

The second photo is his drain bag collection. The yellow one was dubbed mustard and drain his gut from the front to clear debris from the leak-it will still be in for another 2 weeks at least and has daily visits from Nurse Maude to empty and flush it. The red one dubbed ketchup was from a drain put in through the top of his right butt cheek and went right into the pelvic cavity to remove about 60cc of blood that had leaked into the space and hidden under a mass of adhesions.
