Participating in Vancouver Fashion Week
Life time opportunity to partake in Vancouver Fashion Week and start my career.

My name is Carmen, and graduated last year with a Degree in Fashion Design.
I have been struggling to find work in this field in New Zealand, only managing to get a part time retail job in the last two months. I have just received this amazing opportunity to showcase my collection in Vancouver Fashion Week. This invitation has come through one of the organisers who saw my work on line. My collection will be shown in front of media from around the world.
The cost for this event alone is $3,800 plus tax (CAD) which is around $4,600 (NZD)
I also have to cover all the costs of the airfares and the accommodation myself. A return flight to Vancouver will cost around $2,100.
If I am successful at the show I could break into the international market and represent NZ in the fashion world.
