Thank you so much to everyone who has donated to Cartyr. We are so taken back by your kindness and generosity. This will help our family for the foreseeable future with bills and other costs that come with having a child with ongoing illness.

The money will be transferred into my partner Blairs account as I don't have a valid I.D because my license has expired and with level 3 and 4 I am unable to renew it. So unfortunately givealittle can't pay it directly to my bank account.

Not to worry from Blairs account it will be immediately transferred to an account where weekly payments will be paid out to me.

Thank you again to you all without you all this would have been a much more stressful time. Not having the financial pressure in the back of my mind while I help Cartyr through this journey is just such a weight off my shoulders. Our family is so grateful and appreciate it so much along with the kind words, support and your own story's. Thank you!

Cartyr has been home for over a week now and celebrated his 9th birthday with his twin sister! We are so proud of him and how far he has come. We are still working on getting his medication to the correct dose. He will now be on medication every day multiple times a day for the rest of his life, with more to be added throughout this journey.

    And the other news..

    He needs another surgery.

This one will have the same risks as the last but a different entry point. They managed to get alot of the tumor out but there's still a significant amount in there they need to remove before radiation next year.

The next steps are getting his vision tested as he has almost no vision through his left eye. Followed by another MRI to decide the best way to do the surgery and the surgery itself will be in November sometime. All going well we can hopefully be together by Christmas and be out of lockdown so we can really enjoy some family time.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us and sent kind messages and love to my son. We are so humbled by all your generous donations which will be so helpful as I will be unable to work for the foreseeable future. We feel truly blessed and so thankful!

Cartyr has shown his strength and come through his surgery like a champ!

He is currently in ICU with a couple of new issues unfortunately, but they are taking this one day at a time.

Awaiting an MRI tomorrow, the next few days are crucial.

Hayley is so overwhelmed and her heart is full from everyones generous donations not to mention all the love, support, and prayers they have and are still receiving daily. She is desperate to try and thank each and everyone of you individually but this would be an impossible task as there are so many.

Hayley, we all feel your gratitude❤️‍🩹. We don’t expect you to respond to us individually. You need all your emotional energy & support from family, to be there with Cartyr. I asked your Mum last night, if Cartyr could have any treat his heart desires, what would it be. We hope his wish will be answered as he gains strength and recovers. Sending heartfelt wishes and prayers for Cartyr & your family. Sally
