Funding Life Changing Weight loss Surgery

I am not asking for you to donate, it is here IF you want to ❤️

People that know me well will know since having Leila 10 years ago I have been through a fair bit.

With Leila being unwell when she was young, court/custody disagreements and battles, and major struggles with my mental health.

Over this time I have put on a lot of weight and have struggled to loose it, I am currently the biggest I have ever been. I have always wanted to do something about this, but my mental health has been a major barrier for me.

I am now at the stage where I am content with my mental health, I have a great job, all the support in the world from family and friends and things are going well. So I have decided to go down the track of weight loss surgery.

I am hoping to use my KiwiSaver to go towards funding this surgery but that will only cover half the cost, the rest I will be trying to fundraise and possibly get a loan of some sort. My GP has said that I will not be able to get it publicly funded at this stage.

Use of funds

- Initial consult with the surgeon on the 6th of July (to decide what surgery will be best for me)

- Weight loss Surgery (if not enough is raised via Givealittle, all of the money donated will still go towards the bill for my surgery when it goes ahead)
