We’ve just returned from an amazing trip to Japan, where we played five competitive games as part of our final build-up. The experience was incredible, testing ourselves against top opposition, growing as a team, and fine tuning everything ahead of the big stage.

Now, with just three weeks until the World Cup, the excitement (and the intensity!) is really kicking in. Every training, every game, every moment counts and we couldn’t do it without your continued encouragement and support.
