We aim to highlight and generate discussions about housing, transport, and general land-use issues in the Greater Christchurch or Canterbury area. We try to stimulate discussion online through our website talkingtransport.com, and also host regular face-to-face CHAT Club events where guest speakers talk about topical issues, we thresh out issues in workshops, and kick-start discussions.

Use of funds

Funds will be used to pay for events. To start with this will be used solely for venue hire (Turanga). If we were to receive a surplus, it could possibly be used for some basic catering (drinks and nibbles), website hosting costs, or speaker costs.
