Clinton is a talented blind BJJ athlete who needs a financial boost to get him to the IBJJF World Masters in Las Vegas in August.
Clinton Terry has always defied the odds. His persistent and disciplined approach to training has seen him succeed and inspire countless athletes.
As a blind competitor, Clinton has excelled in the sport of Brazilian jiu-jitsu; winning five titles at national level, a silver medal at the Pan-American Games and double gold at the Pan-Pacific Games.
The next major event in his calendar is the IBJJF World Masters in Las Vegas, this coming August.
Clinton faces significant challenges in his sporting career due to the lack of funding for athletes to compete in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. This is compounded by the difficult nature of travelling and navigating unfamiliar spaces as a blind person.
The purpose of this page is to share amazing Clinton's story and help fund his trip to Las Vegas, so he can compete in the event, ideally with his family there to cheer him on.
The goal for this fundraiser is $6000. Please share this page with your friends and family and donate if you can, every little bit helps!
I've directed a project that features Clinton and am continually inspired by him as an individual. This fundraiser is a way of giving back to him and to help others show their support.
- Competition Entry
- Training Costs
- Travel Insurance
Any additional funds raised would help Clinton support his family to travel with him.
