Since this account was set up Braxton has been home after spending 8 weeks between Wellington and starship hospital, where he was treated for low blood sugars and a sick liver!! Braxton underwent 2 liver biopsy's and also bad 2 hunias removed over that time. Brax was 3 months old before we got to take him again. Brax keeper well for. Further 8 weeks when he was admitted again to hospital for a liver infection, where he was treated with IV antibiotics. Due to Braxton having so many IV line and bloods, a lot of his veins have calapsed and it is cry hard to find let alone keep a line in, so he had a operation to have a port put in to make easy acces for bloods and fluids!! Our aim is to keep Brax well,happy and home!! We are scheduled to fly back to starship in Sept/ oct for Brax to have a small procedure!!
