Hi everyone,

Just a quick update.

John has completed his first solo expedition in Norway, a fantastic 16 day, 280km exped in the Hardangervidda region.

It was a fantastic adventure and he feels he has all the experience required to make a successful traverse in Antarctica in November.

We need your help. Fundraising in under way in the UK where John lives, but he needs the help of his countrymen to help him get this over the line.

His safety is paramount and we need to raise a total of $78k (£38k) to cover the final costs for the logistics.
