Supporting litigants in the Family Court
We support litigants in the Family Court for free!
We assist with document and hearing preparation, coaching and peer support, and attending court with unrepresented litigants as a support person, McKenzie Friend or sometimes as their advocate, as allowed by the court in some cases.
Use of funds
Litigant Support NZ Ltd will only use funds to manage expenses and to grow the business and community organization. Contributions are not used for personal income or benefit.
