I am terribly sorry for your loss, I I have 2 children similar age and I could not imagine loosing them. I have been following Danielle's sad story in the media and was hoping to see an update as to the cause of her death, my 6 year old son is booked in for the same operation next month and while we are happy for him to finally have it done we are both anxious and terrified at the same time with the risks involved. I understand and respect it if you are too sad to reply. Arohanui, Kylie

Sorry we haven't had any information to update yet as we are still awaiting findings from the corners inquiste and hope to have some answers in the next few weeks. It is very hard having to wait so long to find out anything hopefully it won't be too much longer.
