Did you know that as you freefall from 18,500 feet heading face first into the Taupo Caldera that you can reach speeds of up to 125mph. Extreme air resistance sloughs off dead skin cells, smooths the skin closely against the face increases elasticity and pushes away those unsightly wrinkles!
This mean our Age Concern volunteer Warwick Pryce will be as young of face, as he is of heart as he plummets to earth on Sunday the 25th of July marking his 80th birthday and turning the gift of the ultimate thrill into a fundraiser for us – his favourite charity! Warwick is not scared to make that leap; claiming that after almost 80 years of life that boredom and old age stagnation are far bigger things to worry out than if your chute will open.
