Dental/medical expenses for Tony de Malmanche

TLDR: My father, Tony de Malmanche was set up in an online scam and is guilty of nothing but being gullible. He was scammed and was caught with meth while going into Bali. He's been in Kerobokan prison since 2014. Longer form can be found here: https://tinyurl.com/5mhd45rc

It's getting more and more expensive to pay for everything that's happening there. He's lost a lot of teeth and needs dentures. He has hospital bills from injuries sustained while there, as well as health problems.

We already have to cover the cost of accommodation and food costs there, and on top of that, it's quite difficult. Quite a few have expressed the want to help, so I'm setting up another one of these to make it easier for people to help that want to help.
