Devastating Tuahiwi house fire - everything lost
Rangiora, Canterbury
Early this morning, the house that my Dad and brother rent was engulfed in flames. Luckily they both got out when they did along with their family dog. The house itself is insured, bringing some relief to their landlords, however, the situation is quite dire for my dad and brother as they have lost absolutely everything but the clothes they were wearing.
Any donations are honestly greatly appreciated. All the funds will go towards anything and everything house/clothing related to get them back on their feet. Thank you for your support 🙏🏼

A week has passed and my Dad and brother can’t even begin to express their gratitude to all the amazing people who have contributed to the page. They are blown away by the kindness shown in donations of food, clothing, household items and all the messages. The outpouring of support is crazy!! 🥺
