Diver down but not out, Mark needs our help

Mark and I were work colleagues, offshore oilfield deep sea diving bell partners. We were part of a tight knit team of divers that held each others lives in each others hands. Brotherhood forged under those circumstances never dies.

Mark has suffered a debilitating back injury which has left him 80% quadriplegic. His treatment going forward will necessitate some funding and I'm seeking to fulfil a divers responsibility for his welfare. The prognosis isn't fully understood, however indications thus far are that recovery will be a long process. Mark and his partner live in Laos and are challenged with the ongoing costs of treatment. As his old bell partner, I've recovered him to the bell and we have a seal. The next phase requires a team effort to get this old diver back to the system.
