Balamurugan has recently passed away in his Christchurch residence. Bala hails from a very poor family in south of India. His income was the only source of income supporting his wife, 5 year old daughter and Parents. On the request of his parents and wife , we are creating this page to help raise fund to support his family during this dreadful times.

About us

CITA aims to help and support the tamil community in the Canterbury region and also promote to bring awareness of the tamil language and wider Indian culture.

Use of funds

We intend to Raise funds for Balamurugan's 5 year old Daughter's future and Education. And to provide some financial life support to his Parents who are very old and depending on Balamurugan's income.
