National, Stroke Prevention Campaign aiming to reduce the incidence of Stroke in NZ by making kiwis more healthy! #DontBeTheOneNZ

Nationwide

#DontBeTheOneNZ is a year-long, national, stroke prevention campaign.

We are aiming to reduce the incidence of stroke in New Zealand by promoting key health messages through our campaign.

We have a new Stroke Riskometer App that will enable you to assess your own stroke risk. This can be found on our website: www.strokecentral.org.nz/dont-be-the-one/

From here you can take part in our events and learn how to reduce your stroke risk. You can pass on our challenge to your friends and family be sharing your healthy activities on social media and using #dontbetheonenz and challenging three friends to do the same.

The Campaign is being led by Stroke Central Region who deliver a Field Officer Service to Stroke Survivors.
