In Memory of Geoffrey Allen & Mark Walker
Cambridge, Waikato
On Sunday the 20th of March our family sadly lost two members in the Enchanter boating tragedy up north.
Geoffrey Allen, Father of Aimee, Susan, Rachel and Teresa. Loved husband of Jean and father figure of Timothy. Geoff was the rock of the family, taking care of everyone and providing for Jean and Timmy.
Mark Walker was Geoff’s daughter Aimee’s husband. He had a new born baby as well as a 12 year old daughter who he absolutely adored. He was the provider for the family and the family recently brought their first family home.
So as our family organises a double funeral we look to help by finding some ongoing financial support for Aimee and her girls as well as Jean and Timmy.
Both men were well known in Cambridge with the Allens supporting many children over the years as well as IHC adults.
They will be sorely missed by their families and friends.
This page was created by Andrea Olliver-Thompson (Geoff's niece) on behalf of the family.
Huggable Hearts is a family-run organisation providing grieving families who have lost a baby or child with a fabric heart made to their angel's birth weight giving families a special everlasting keepsake to hug and hold.
This will help Geoffrey & Mark's family for all the necessities in this time of need.
