Dream Football trial Portugal

My name is Nicholas I am 19 years old and I have been playing football since I was 5 years old. I have always dreamed of playing football professionally in Europe. I have always had a passion for the game and at age 12 I was blessed with the opportunity to represent New Zealand in the 2011 Danone Nations Cup in Madrid Spain, It wasn't until I was 16 years old that I realised that it was the one thing that I wanted to do. From then I began exploring different methods, such as Soccer Scholarships in the US and even trialling for semi professional teams in Australia and New Zealand, but Europe has always been my focus. At every step I have improved and learned to work hard, believe in myself and be persistent.

I have always wanted win UEFA Champions League titles with the Portuguese giants Benfica. Recently I applied for a selection based trial in Portugal by a organised a company called Fieldoo, and By Gods grace I was one of the 25 players selected to be part of the trial team going to Lisbon Portugal in March. It was designed specifically for Under 23 players to be showcased in front of Scouts and agents from all over Europe. For 10 days, we will be training with high level UEFA licensed coaches and playing against pro level teams in Lisbon, Portugal.
