Run and raise fund for Livi
Auckland
We are a special community, and one of our own is going through an unbelievably tough time. All of us who have met her know that Jason and Harms’ daughter Olivia Grace is one very special little girl - she has a smile that literally lights up the room! But Livi is also sick. She has an extremely rare condition called CMN. CMN stands for Congenital Melanocytic Nevus and it was something she was born with. In some cases, like for Livi, it can also be linked to Neurocutaneous Melanocytosis (NCM), where pigment cells also affect the brain and spine. There is no cure and Livi is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment to try and slow down the development of the NCM in her brain.
So, to help support them, and raise awareness of this condition, we are going to do what we do best - run! Together. For Livi. For Harms. For Jason. ❤️
We gathered in the morning of 26th of April and run/walk 893.66km + 31.2km remote run/bike for Livi that morning 🏃♀️!
Thank you Catalina Cafe for hosting us and provide great service. Thank you Ryan Watts to snap our beautiful moments. Thank you for Hobsonville Point Pharmacy and North West Toy Library, Bryan Roper and Cotton soft had donated gifts for us for raffle tickets. THANK YOU for all the people who came to show support.
💝 We also ask that if you are able, you might like to donate a few dollars. All funds raised are going directly to Harms and Jason, to help support them so they can be there for their precious wee girl ❤️
