Mark and Amanda Stokes

Through the years, Mark has gone from being healthy and active to having to accept help and support in all facets of his new routines. " He sleeps a lot" says Amanda. His family include him and encourage him to exercise to retain strength and increase his co-ordination. His speech is very limited. The strokes have robbed him of independence and a quality of life that we all assume we will have in our middle-age.
