Hi Gina,
Great and appropriate questions. Those planning on doing this research do not have the headspace right now to give details, which I can obviously understand makes it difficult for those donating. The general intention is to research what was in place before the Cyclone, what happened and how a response may be better managed in the future. The funds would go towards experts with the qualifications needed for certain parts of the investigation or towards tools/equipment/resources. We can keep you updated down the track when there is a more formal plan. Many thanks.
