My intention is to continue to produce a short video on some Middle Eastern dance or culture related topic every week for public consumption. These will be available for anyone to watch on YouTube.
Videos are 3-10 minutes long and cover a range off topics. So far they have included looking at individual dance style, costuming, history, geography, myth busting, and Middle Eastern culture. These are based on several decades of research from a range of Egyptian teachers as well as reading and correspondence with other researchers.
My aims are to both educate people about the dance and the associated culture and provide factual, reliable information on the internet (which is swamped with half-truths and urban myths).

Use of funds
Funds raised will be used to allow me to continue producing these. Although short, in addition to my prior research, each can take over 5 hours to create. This is time I could be actually earning some money to support myself.
