Family in France is facing the loss of a parent

My name is Yann, I am a French national living in Wellington sine 2008. My family lives in Bordeaux, South West France. My mother has been poorly for some time but her condition got a lot worse in the last four weeks.

I have been back home for two weeks to be with my family and help them as I can't do anything from here. I will have to go back to be with my siblings and dad so we can surround our mother with love as life leaves her.

The flights are very expensive as I have to buy them at the last minute since we can only plan things according to her condition worsening.

Any donations are greatly appreciated as they will enable me to be with my family during this very difficult time. They may also allow me to take my son with me so he can be with his French family and keep that connection alive.
