    Today Esam has been buried. These balloon were let lose to find their own way as Kim had to let go of Esam.

    Hi All,

    To be honest, I'm overwhelmed with the support I get from the people I've shared this sad story with. Thank you!!!!! It is hard warming in a very sad time. Kim will be very grateful!

    I've just received the PDF of the funeral announcement card. The funeral will be held on Friday 15:15 Dutch time (that is Saturday morning 01:15am NZ Time). For the interested people amongst you I'll translate the text. First page (on the back of Esams picture) it says:

    Friday the 24th of June at 15:15 we like, together with you, farewell Esam at the funeral ground Kovelswade at the Koningsweg in Utrecht.

    During the ceremony we would love to see you all wear white clothing and please don't bring flowers, but bring a candle for Esam.

    Today the grant parents arrived back from Spain to say goodbye to Esam. I have not been given the date for the funeral. As soon as I have that I'll place an update.
