Chelsi, mum of two and heart of Tribe, has aggressive breast cancer. Help fund the treatment that gives her the best chance of a cure.

Every team has someone who holds it all together. At Tribe, that’s Chelsi.
She’s our Chief Transformation Officer, but her title doesn’t come close. She knows the answers, does the hard work, and still finds time to love and support anyone who needs it. At home she’s partner to Brad, mum to Archie (10) and Miller (12), and owner of a wee pug called Moss. They are her whole world.
On 23 September, Chelsi had a small lump checked. Within days came the news no one wants: stage 3, grade 3 ER-low breast cancer that has spread to her lymph nodes. It’s one of the most aggressive kinds, and hormone treatments won’t work for her.
But there is real hope. Her oncologist says that with the right treatment, the goal is a cure.
That treatment includes Keytruda, an immunotherapy that helps her immune system fight the cancer. A major international trial showed it greatly improves the chance of no cancer remaining at surgery, which is closely linked to long-term survival. Without it, her risk of relapse rises significantly.
Keytruda isn’t publicly funded. It costs $7,998 every three weeks, over $65,000 in total, and must be paid before each round. Chelsi may not be able to work through months of chemo, surgery and immunotherapy, while the mortgage and bills keep coming.
No family should have to choose between the best chance at a cure and what they can afford. Please help Chelsi focus on getting well and being with her boys.
We’re Tribe Group, Chelsi’s work family. She’s our Chief Transformation Officer and the heart of our team. We’ve set up this page on her behalf, with her and Brad’s blessing, so she can focus on getting well. All funds go directly to Chelsi and Brad.
Funds go first to Chelsi’s Keytruda immunotherapy, which isn’t publicly funded. It costs $7,998 every three weeks, over $65,000 in total, and must be paid before each round. Any extra will help cover specialist costs and household bills.
